Dr T.K. Mukhopadhyay is an independent director of VFS Capital and Board of Sangam Ltd, North Eastern Development Financial Corporation (NEDFi), and Srei Mutual Fund Asset Management Pvt Ltd. He has extensive knowledge in corporate finance, business development, MSME, and rehabilitation of sick units.

Dr Mukhopadhyay obtained a Doctorate degree from the University of Calcutta, and a three-tier Management Development Program at IIM, Ahmedabad. He was a former Chief General Manager and Country Head of IDBI Bank, where he held several other prestigious positions during his over three decades of professional journey in IDBI. He was an honourable facility member of IDBI Bank and RBI Training Institute in Mumbai.
