I found myself stepping into uncharted territory with the microfinance (MFI) sector when I joined VFS Capital Limited in 2015 as an Executive Finance advanced to the position of Assistant Manager Finance. Nevertheless, from the get-go, I received the opportunity to learn and immerse myself in new experiences in my domain and across departments.

It has been a remarkable journey being associated with a company dedicated to uplifting the socio-economic status of the marginalized segments of our society. Over nine years, I have encountered diverse challenges, each catalyzing personal growth. The unwavering support and encouragement from my seniors and colleagues have been instrumental in shaping me into the professional I am today.

Their recognition and appreciation have been invaluable in keeping my spirits high. I feel a sense of fulfilment while I witness my company achieving milestones. Working under the visionary leadership of our MD has always been very inspiring. My goal is to continue contributing to the company's objectives and play my part in realizing its vision and mission.
