Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7-12 years’ experience in Fund raising/Financial activities in financial sector/NBFCs . Candidate should have proven managerial skill, team handling experience, excellent communication skill, proactive, independent decision maker, having effective convincing skills. Prior work experience in NBFC/MFI/other BFSI sector preferred.
Graduate with min 5-7 years of relevant experience in Training, NBFC/MFI experience preferred. Should have team handling experiences. Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (Bengali, Hindi & English). Willingness to travel across locations all over India extensively, ability to work autonomously and to take initiative. Proficient in the use of MS Office - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Efficiency in various Learning & Development tools & technologies will be helpful. Candidates from Tripura/Assam are preferred.
Graduate with min 18-20 years of relevant experience in Training, NBFC/MFI experience preferred. Should have managed overall training and development function at Pan India level. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (Bengali, Hindi & English). Willingness to travel across locations all over India extensively, ability to work autonomously and to lead the entire training team, excellent leadership skill, expert on various Learning & Development tools & technologies, excellent motivator and coach.

Handling HR function in employee life cycle like Talent Acquisition (end to end recruitment within TAT), HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Grievance handling, disciplinary action in line with policy and Statutory Compliance.
B. Com/M. Com/MBA finance or accounts, with 2-3 years of relevant exposure, especially in TDS and GST.
