Employee Engagement - PREM

Employee Engagement or Participatory Refreshing Employee Meet (PREM) sessions have been curated to engage employees and inspire them to work productively. PREM is a multi-level programme that starts with a warm-up or ice-breaking session, then addresses several issues through problem-solving and role-playing, followed by soft skills and leadership skills development and concludes with entertaining exercises and doubt clarifications.

PREM is an initiative of VFS Capital to drive employee morale towards commitment to pursue the company's objectives, vision, mission and goals in a transparent, ethical, responsive manner through integrity, compassion and empathy.
