Mr Kuldip Maity is the Managing Director and CEO of VFS Capital. He holds a Doctorate degree and dual Masters' degree in Business Administration and Social Sector.
 
Mr Maity is a dedicated social entrepreneur who leads VFS Capital by example, ensuring the incorporation of digitalization, mandates, core values, vision, and mission into the organizational culture to uplift the lives of underprivileged women and drive them towards entrepreneurship. 

Mr Maity’s initiative is not restricted to VFS Capital; he is a Board Member of Sa-Dhan, Assistant Secretary of Village Welfare Society, and a founder member of the Association of Micro Finance Institutions (AMFI) West Bengal as he is determined to alleviate poverty in rural India through empowering people.

Ms Piyali Deb has been the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and part of the VFS Capital since 2021. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and obtains over 13 years of experience in Legal & Corporate Affairs, including Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Labour Laws, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance issues, and other legal matters.

Mr Dipanjan Chatterjee has been the Chief Operating Officer of VFS Capital since August 2021, obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Calcutta University, and has three decades of diverse experience spanning Banking, IT, CPC, HR, Training, and End-to-End Business Operations.

Ms Debjani Chatterjee is Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Environment, Social and Sustainable Impact (ESSI) of VFS Capital, responsible for the enterprise's Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG activities. She obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Rural Development and Management and Post-Graduation Diploma (PGD) in Health Management, with an enriching work experience of almost one and half decades in CSR Projects, ESG Activities, Development Grant Management, and Social Audit.

Debjani Chatterjee

Mr Arindam Chakraborty, General Manager of Technology & Business Support at VFS Capital since 2018, holds a Master’s degree in Computer Application (MCA) and comes with two and half decades of extensive knowledge and work experience in the IT industry, including Life-cycle Software Development, Database Designing, and Business Intelligence. He administers the overall IT infrastructure, enhances user experience and eliminates security risk exposures of VFS Capital.

Arindam Chakraborty

Mr Subhashis Ghosh, Assistant General Manager of Accounts at VFS Capital, has been part of the organization since 2002, holds a Master's degree in Commerce and a Chartered Accountancy (inter) degree, and has over two decades of rich experience in Finance and Accounts. He liaisons with the external stakeholders and administers the account departments, financial management, treasury management, audit and taxation, and regulatory compliance of VFS Capital.

Mr Amit Kumar Das holds a double Master&#39;s degree in Science and Business Administration in HR and has extensive work experience in human resources development and management. He is Assistant General Manager in HR at VFS Capital and has been part of the organization since 2021.

Mr Mahato plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the company&#39;s BC Business operation, as his extensive experience and expertise contribute significantly to the company&#39;s success in this domain.

With a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources &amp; Marketing and certifications as an NLP Master Practitioner and Life Coach, she brings over one and half decades of experience in Learning &amp; Development, Corporate Communications, and Human Resources. Her role includes overseeing the organization&#39;s learning initiatives, quality assurance, and employee relations to foster a productive work environment aligned with company goals and values.
